Hotel Policies
Check-In for the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa is at 3:00 pm; check-out is at 11:00 am.
Rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy.
Children under 12 stay for free.
There is an additional $25.00 fee for an extra adult in the room.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival-charge is one night stay. No shows will be charged for one night stay.
PET POLICY
Tubac Golf Resort and Spa is a pet friendly facility, but in order to serve you better, we request that you abide by the following policies:
- We charge a $25.00 fee per day for each pet.
- Maximum of two pets per room, please.
- No pet is to be left unattended in rooms at any time.
- Pets must be leashed at all times on and around the Resort property.
- No pets are allowed on the Golf Course during hours of play. Please check with the golf shop for walking times.
- Pets are restricted from the Pool area and all buildings other than your designated guest quarters.
- Do pick up after your pet. Doggie bags are provided.
- Tubac Golf Resort and Spa does not stock pet amenities. Should you need to purchase any items El Mercardo is open daily until 7pm and is located on Frontage Road exiting left through the Tubac Resort Arch.
- Local 24 hour emergency number: Green Valley Animal Hospital 625-8634 and is located at 220 East Duval Road, Green Valley.
COURSE POLICIES
Our mature championship golf course is meticulously maintained. To maintain quality standards, we ask that all players follow these simple requests:
- Tubac is a spikeless facility.
- All golfers supply their own set of clubs.
- Players may not bring their own food and beverage on the premises.
- Appropriate attire is required at all times while on the course. Men - no jeans, t-shirts or cut-off shorts. Ladies - shorts and skirts of the appropriate length are permitted. Collars are not required, however, halter-tops and t-shirts are not permitted.
