Six to 12 Months: 

• Book ceremony and reception location
• Place deposit to hold the time, date, and wedding location
• Compile invitation list
• Select photographer and videographer
• Select officiate
• Select florist
• Select band and/or DJ for ceremony and reception
• Mail “Save the Date” letters

Four to Six Months:

• Order invitations, stationary, and wedding programs
• Order flowers
• Setup tasting for the wedding
• Finalize menu for reception

Two Months:

• Setup appointment for trial wedding day hair and make-up
• Setup appointment for wedding day hair and make-up
• Order wedding and groom’s cake
• Mail invitations so they can arrive six (6) weeks before wedding
• Setup a time for the both of you to get the marriage license
• Decide on your wedding music

One Month:

• Setup rehearsal time and menu
• Setup location for rehearsal dinner
• Arrange for final gown fitting
• Schedule a ‘final’ walk through with your Certified Wedding Professional to go over wedding details

Two Weeks:

• Go over ‘final’ numbers and floor plan with your Certified Wedding Professional
• Confirm time and date of rehearsal with the wedding party
• Finalize timeline with band/DJ and Certified Wedding Professional
• Setup Salon and Spa appointments for a massage and a manicure and pedicure

Week & Day of Wedding:

• Relax, everything will be handled by your Certified Wedding Professional
• Eat something you enjoy
• Enjoy a relaxing massage and a manicure and pedicure
• Allow yourself plenty of time to get dressed
